All fees for sessions are due in advance. If launchjuris cancels a session, clients will receive a full refund within 14 days via the original payment method. Clients who cancel within the permitted window may apply for a credit toward a future session. No refunds or credits apply to cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
